How to Login to the IT Support Site (Freshworks)
We have synchronised our Freshworks IT Support system with our Microsoft platform and simplified the login process. You will only need to know your MSA Microsoft email and password to access IT Help. Please read and follow the steps below to access our IT Guides, log IT Support tickets and check in with any IT development news.
1) Open our IT service portal by going to https://itservice.msa.qld.edu.au/ and click Login in the top right
2) You will be taken to the login page, where you Sign in with your Microsoft email address and password.
3) You will be asked if you want to remain signed in, we recommend ticking Don't show this again and click Yes if you are using an MSA computer or your personally owned device. Click No and untick the box if using a public or borrowed device.
You will now be successfully logged in and free to use the platform. Please email IT at ITService@msa.qld.edu.au if you encounter any trouble.
